Kirk Sommerfeld Memorial Car Show

The Kirk Sommerfeld Memorial Car Show will take place on Main Street in Wayne, Nebraska, between 2nd Street and 3rd Street on July 10, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Registration begins at 3:00 PM, and participants are asked to enter via Pearl Street across 2nd Street. The event is open to cars, pickups, and motorcycles, with free entry for all. Spectator voting will determine winners in the car, pickup, and motorcycle categories. Additional awards include the longest distance traveled and a memorial award chosen by Kirk Sommerfeld’s friends and family.
