Hosted by Little Discoveries Childcare/Preschool and co-hosted by Phantom Car Club Northwest Indiana. Registration is 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, voting is 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM, and awards are announced at 4:30 PM. $25 entry. Trophies in several categories, vendors, food trucks, raffles, and live music.
